The company is considered a leader in the industry and employee technical support comes from Qualified staff between Cert III and Honours degree in Arboriculture level. This won’t be just a job – you will actually learn a lot here and have the opportunity to gain higher qualifications.

CERTFIED ARBORIST (1) – We require an experienced Climbing Arborist to join our team of 5 climbers working throughout Perth. The position requires the following certifications;

  • Certificate III in Arboriculture or similar
  • Proven climbing experience
  • Drivers license
  • White card

An MR license is an advantage although not essential.

TRAINEE GROUND STAFF (2) – This is rare opportunity to learn all facets of the industry over an extended period. Successful applicants have the opportunity to work in all areas of Arboriculture from ground based duties to Elevated Work Platform and rope/harness climbing. Technical support and certification ensure employees gain industry respected qualification which can progress from Cert II through to Honours degree level. These positions don’t pop up very often so if you enjoy trees and the outdoors let us know.

This is a junior position for people 18 to 20 years old.

SQUIRREL EWP OPERATORS (2) – CTS undertakes extensive street tree pruning operations from insulated mobile EWP’s (squirrels). Two positions have arisen for  experienced operators to join out street tree team. The successful applicants must have necessary industry related tickets required for this line of work. Wage rates are excellent and can be discussed at the time of application. All enquiries will be treated confidentially.

  • Power line safety certificate or Office of Energy online assessment completion
  • First-aid certificate
  • Chainsaw certificate
  • MR truck drivers licence
  • White card
